automatic hyperparameter optimization

Hello,

This may already exist, and I am just missing the documentation on it, but if not, has it ever been considered to add an easy ability for the user to define a hyperparameter space and then have PyOD tune and optimize using some existing tools such as sci-kit-optimize or something like that, this way it makes it super easy for the user to get best-performing hyperparameters to use. I am testing many of PyOD's algorithms on data, and having that ability would be super useful; that is why I am bringing this up.

Anyway, I love PyOD, and all the work put into making this a great tool is very well noticed; thanks to all who have helped and made it what it is today. Keep up the great work.
