Does Voyager support circuit breaker pattern and api response encryption?

Hello,
I am evaluating if voyager could work as an api gateway when deployed as a kubernetes ingress controller. I wanted to know if it provides circuit breaking capabilities along with api response encryption so that all the responses could be centrally encrypted. I couldn't find these details in the documentation
Any guidance would be helpful.
