    - Add %htmlEscapedUrl% variable. Some unsafe characters (&<>'") are converted to corresponding entity reference.
- %url% and %htmlEscapedUrl% escape URL Character which it's difficult to be linked by bbs.

    - "HTML" of the default_formats was changed to '<a href="%htmlEscapedUrl%">%htmlEscapedText%</a>'.
- "Plain text" of the default_formats was changed to '%text%%newline%%url%'.
