Hi

I pulled down and installed cim from npm. Was deploying a cf template using the 'stack-up' command and received the following error on Mac, using AWS cliv2:

ebox86:vpc Macair$ cim stack-up
/usr/local/lib/node_modules/cim/lib/plugins/aws/Lambda/lib/deploy.js:5
    console.log('DEBUG:', ...arguments)
                          ^^^

I navigated to the offending file and removed the ellipsis from this line and then it ran fine. https://github.com/thestackshack/cim/blob/master/lib/plugins/aws/Lambda/lib/deploy.js#L5

Not sure if this is an issue surrounding my setup or computer or if this is an actual issue with the code.
