Using MTCH6102 to get the handwritten digits, using AI to decode the digits and input them to ESP32 S2 and then output VALUE. can this be done?

Hi can you help me to write a library based on MTCH6102.h to write numbers in real world on MTCH6102 and use recognition AI to decode the numbers and input them to ESP32 S2 and then output VALUE. can this be done?

i dont think the MTCH6102 is capable of recognizing the difference between a 0 and a 6, drawn on a trackpad array.. the gesture recognition is more directional detection based rather than able to capture a snapshot "image" of the whole array over time and workout gestures based on that.. the idea is sound and possible with the right decoding chip for the trackpad array.. saying that if you are able to get "snapshot images" from the array, it may be possible to feed those into a neural network and decipher the gestures but i would not be sure where to start with that
