description-file on setup.cfg deprecated on setuptools

Apparently the key name description-file on the setup.cfg file has been deprecated by the latest setuptools version. It should be with underscore instead....

description_file

So, it is breaking installs. I am not creating a PR, since apparently this repo is not being mantained, but let me know if you plan on updating it and you need any help.

I'm not having any problem doing pip install str2bool==1.1 with setuptools==80.9.0 on Python 3.13. How can the broken installs be replicated?
