Minimap icon not showing properly and not clickable #17

Describe the bug
Clicking the mini-map icon does nothing and is not displaying correctly (Inner circle is clear)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to mini-map icon
- Click on icon
- It is a ring with no inner icon
- Does nothing when clicked on
Expected behavior
Mini-map button showing up with proper icon and being able to click open the TrinityAdmin
