Based on @rl-83 (can you add the link to the figma please?) mockups adapt the front-end for mobile usage

Here’s my original proposal for mobile comments, which intentionally suggested a sidebar-only approach.

@AntoLC has proposed an inline comments version for mobile instead. This could be sufficient as an interim solution.
