Document Python / untangle release matrix #97
Description
With 1.2.0 deprecating Python versions 2.7 - 3.6 it would be helpful to have some sort of matrix of which version is available for which interpreter. Or at least a note that only currently supported Python distributions work with the latest untangle version.
