Conditional analysis using LD information #37
Description
A great feature would be to allow the user to perform conditional analysis on demand inside the browser.
What we'll need:
- LD information (for example, requested from the LD server)
- Summary statistics (P-values, betas)
- A formula which combines this information to generate conditional P-values (as an example, GCTA implemented a version of this)
For the first version, we want to implement this for the single-variant view, which should be the simplest case.
