@CreatedDate does not work with JdbcAggregateTemplate.insert

@CreatedDate does not work with JdbcAggregateTemplate.insert, the use of which cannot be replaced with save for entities with natural primary key and no versioning.

Used Spring Data JDBC version: 4.0.1

The problem is that IsNewAwareAuditingHandler does its own isNew check, and since the id is already set and there is no version attribute, it assumes the entity is not new and it populates the modified fields.

Ways around this are plentiful:

• implement Persistable
• Provide your own callback
• Set the fields explicitly upon creation, possibly in the constructor (this is what I personally would consider the right way to do it).

I don't think we will change anything in the current behavior, because I consider it correct and consistent, but I'll leave the issue, so other team members can have a look in the new year.
