Description
Splinter has two complications when it comes to explaining it:
- There's not much even similar to it for reference, and,
- There's so much to it.
People working in AI will see it differently than people who need IPC between interpreted languages, and those people will see it differently than someone who wants to connect arbitrary PyTorch tensors together in shared memory, and those people will see it differently than someone that may need to record data and vectors on upwards of 5k distinct and simultaneous pulses in the same second (if you're ingesting GDELT on a global scale).
Each one of those problems is pain someone in charge of code feels that Splinter can potentially alleviate, so it's important to me that people can see their problems reflected back in it, but the blast of all of it at once is overloading.
I am a terrible designer. This is a great way to help if you'd like to contribute but don't have code to share yet.
