Mac Ventura Ruby Not Found, Unable to open

I have the same issue as some others. After download, I received this message, After restart, I still received this message. Still no sight of solution. I found a link to the 4.5.1 release so I will be trying that out.

Please let me know if there is something I can do to make the latest version work.

Sonic Pi version: 4.6.0
OS: macOS Ventura (13.6)
CPU: x86_64
