We need documentation of everything.

This is from how the plugin works, all of the permissions and what they do, and how to configure the thing.

We also need better in-code comments. They suck (cus there are none).

Hi @sim2kid, I would love to work on some documentation for this project. Probably starting with the basics (readme and contributing guidelines). However, I'd need to know more about this project to get it done right.

The majority of what I already have written down is in the Config YML and the static Permissions Class, which is a bit harder to read, but has a description for each permission node.

If you'd like the scour that, you're welcome to.
This is the first time I've made a plugin in general, so everything might be a bit scuffed. I'll add a bit more of the basic descriptions if you would like to expand onto it in the future.
