Teleportation Sickness #2

When a player teleports, there's a small chance an event can happen to them.
One of those events should be "Teleportation Sickness" which will give nausea and hunger to the player.

With Karma enabled, high karma individuals should have a chance of catching Withering and potentially poisoning as well.

To balance this out, players should also have a small chance of getting positive effects too like regeneration, saturation, invisibility, and more.

This would help play on the idea that 'Teleportation is Unstable' and that only creatures of the end do it.
