Unable to correctly recognize Chinese server names when importing proxy

Description

I can use Chinese server names when adding a server.However, when I import a proxy with a server name containing Chinese characters, the proxy's server name is replaced with "server address:port".The import prompts are also displayed incorrectly.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Add a proxy with Chinese server names.

2.After exporting the proxy, import the list of proxies with Chinese names("127.0.0.1:1234 [HTTP] [测试]").

3.The proxy's server name is replaced with "server address:port".
