Bug: Photon fails to extract international phone number formats

Description

While testing Photon, I found that the crawler fails to detect many international phone number formats. Examples:

• +880 17XX-XXXXXX (Bangladesh)
• +44 20 XXXX XXXX (UK)
• (123) 456-7890 (USA)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run Photon on a web page containing international phone numbers
2. Review output under phone numbers section

Expected Result

All formats should be extracted and listed.

Actual Result

Some formats are skipped; only standard U.S. numbers detected.

Environment

• Python 3.10
• Windows 10 and Ubuntu 22.04
