Feature request: Auto update list before attempting to start tunnel

What's the feature 🧐

Finding that a lot of the IP's in the pre-compiled servers.json are out of date by quite a way, date-wise. and that it fails to connect. Yes you can add the update periodically to the env but the quickest it will attempt to update the list is after 1 hour, which is obviously not a lot of use.

obviously the updater needs to be fixed so that it actually updates things properly first.
