• 👍 the issue to show your support instead of commenting
  @qdm12 usually checks issues at least once a week, if this is a new urgent bug,
  revert to an older tagged container image

Tags are assigned when a new container is built. A new version was built three weeks ago and tagged 'v3.40.3' and 'latest'.

That gluetun check looks for commits to the repo. Since the latest release, Quentin has made three new commits to the main repo. When Quentin decides to make a new release, those commits will be included in it, and the check will show 0 commits behind.

Think of this check as testing how far from the current main repo the container you're running is.

To actually get the "latest" you have to use something like:

    image: ghcr.io/qdm12/gluetun:v3.40.3

latest image is COMMIT=c25c9f6 built 13 days ago... and its ahead of v3.40.3 which is in COMMIT=01e9274 built 21 days ago
