Support CiMultiDict in request and mocked response #272
Description
I ran into a problem when I wanted to send a request to a mocked service, passing a CiMultiDict to it, so that there would be multiple values per header (valid according to the RFC).
It seems that this can be easily fixed, so I will prepare an MR
