Suggestion

1. Please use a naming convention to indicate the type of zip.
   "Solutions" with _SOL, and
   "Packages (legacy)" with _PCK

2. Please use proper naming convention for the sub-folder: /solutions/ or /package/

Example below raises an error when importing as a solution.

Of course we devs can work around that, but what about a normal user that gives it a try ... bummer!
