This feature will allow users to buy Crossplane Configuration as NFT from marketplace, where engineers will mint it.
Features to be implemented in contract:

• Collections - to possible to group configurations by type.
• Minting multiple infinite or limited times from single manifest and link to original Configuration URL, by fixed price.

🎤 Context

Providers shall know that Configuration loaded into their environment is safe and verified, for that required to limit loading of configurations by owning NFT minted by verified engineers.
