[Feature Request] Shorter time intervals for triggers #367

What problem are you trying to solve?
Currently, if you want your tasks to execute by intervals, the shortest time interval available on the app is every 15 minutes.
I found that to be a little bit too spaced out between syncs as I like to use round sync to synchronize archives between my phone and my computer.
What should Round Sync be able to do differently to help with this problem?
Shorter time intervals to choose from, specially when it comes to sync from and to whatever cloud storage would be lovely. More specifically I would love to have the options of triggering a task ever 5 minutes and every minute.
It would also be lovely to be able to set a trigger that would start a task every time it detects changes on a file.... But I understand that's a lot harder to code. So being able to sync every 1 to 5 minutes would be sufficient.
