Version 0.8.0-beta.0 listed on npm registry but apparently not actually related to the current version?

When the new version 0.7.6 was released last week, it looks like 0.8.0-beta.0 was also published at the same time, but 0.8.0-beta.0 appears to be based off very old changes and therefore probably shouldn't be used by anyone. If this is correct, could you please unlist 0.8.0-beta.0 so that it doesn't confuse people? If that's not correct and version 0.8.0-beta.0 is meant to be a valid "unreleased" version, at least updating the changelog (last touched in 2018) would be helpful.

The version was deprecated on npm (see https://www.npmjs.com/package/source-map/v/0.8.0-beta.0)
