Invalid source code link in Rewards Program Information page

Describe the bug

The Rewards Program Information page has a link at the bottom that should link to the source code of the revenue distribution system.

However, it instead leads to a 404 page, as the related code doesn't seem to not exist anymore at the specified path.

The site uses this link: https://github.com/modrinth/code/blob/main/apps/labrinth/src/queue/payouts.rs#L598

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://modrinth.com/legal/cmp-info#pending
2. Scroll down
3. Click the text mentioning the source of the revenue distribution system
