New project use com.microsoft.fluentui:FluentUIAndroid:0.3.9,
create a CheckBox with checked = true, (or toggled to true later), app crashes.

Expected behavior:

App should not crash when check box is checked. It's a simple scenario. Need automation testcase to cover it.

Can also reproduce with FluentUI.Demo app, need to commented out the project refs and use maven published deps of FluentUI.

The reason is that for published aar,
it uses differnt veesion of sub libraries:

• com.microsoft.fluentui:fluentui_core:0.3.9
• com.microsoft.fluentui:fluentui_controls:0.3.2

The different versions are not compatible because of compile time obfuscation has made on the target .aar generate different suffix on method names.
in fluentui_controls-0.3.2.aar,
the decompiled CheckboxKt invokes FluentIconKt.Icon-3f6hBDE

But in fluentui_core-0.3.9.aar, the method name is compiled as Icon-NpZTi58

Better upload all the .aar with same versions and alert user on version mismatches, or remove the method name suffix generation in compile time to make different version can compatible with each other at most cases.
