Hey everyone — first off, thank you for all the contributions, bug reports, and feature requests. This project has grown faster than I expected and I fell behind on reviewing and responding.

I've now set up a proper triage system, so if you've submitted a PR or issue, you should start seeing movement soon. If your PR needs changes, I'll leave clear feedback. If your issue is on the roadmap, I'll tag it accordingly.

I've been skimming through PRs and although CI lints after approval, it seems many of them include formatting edits irrelevant to the feature. Might smooth things out having everyone setup pre-commit or pre-push hook to run their lints and/or add lint to claude code hooks (for those using it)?

Hey @justinchuntingho — we just rolled out pre-commit hooks across all three repos (sidecar, nightshift, and td) based on your suggestion! Each now has make install-hooks which sets up gofmt, go vet, and go build checks before commit. Should cut down on the formatting noise in PRs.
