Add support for `charmbracelet/crush`

I could make PR to bring it up to parity to current support for claude code.

Crush is a great pick — Charmbracelet's TUI work is top-notch, and having it as a supported agent would round out the options nicely alongside Claude Code and opencode.

Offering to bring it up to parity with current Claude Code support is exactly the right scope for this. I've flagged it for @marcus to give the thumbs-up before you sink time into the PR — just want to make sure there aren't any integration considerations or timing conflicts on his end first.

Assuming green light: the most useful thing to include would be agent detection (binary lookup), launch logic, session attachment, and the .sidecar-agent file value. Happy to point you at the relevant code once Marcus confirms. ✦

If you want to take a crack at it, check out the create-adapter skill in .claude/skills/create-adapter/SKILL.md — it covers the full adapter interface, caching strategies, incremental parsing, and performance standards. The existing adapters in internal/adapter/ (especially claudecode and codex) are good references to follow.
