- Modified TypeScript CLI to always return SandboxType.NONE
- Modified Rust CLI to always return None from get_platform_sandbox()
- Added test script to verify sandbox is disabled
- Removes platform-specific sandboxing (macOS Seatbelt, Linux Landlock)

WARNING: This removes important security protections. Commands will have:
- Full network access
- Ability to write anywhere on filesystem
- No system call restrictions

Only use in trusted environments.
