[Feature Request] AWS Lambda Docker image / Dockerfile

Is there any way to use this to build a Docker image for Lambda running v15?

Here are the existing images from AWS

Here are the Base Container Images

It would be really cool to have v15 in combination of a size of 10GB in Lambda!
