UI.registerHelper is deprecated, should use Template.registerHelper instead

UI was deprecated as part of 0.9.1. The name change is currently backwards compatible, however you should start using Template.registerHelper going forward.

Given the latest updates to meteor, would there be a downside to reducing the code and rely solely on Meteor.isDevelopment?

Just have one file lib.js:

Apparently you can modify the helper in client side console.
Try this instead:
