Lightweight DI for Hono with request scopes + cleanup (decorator-free)

I wanted to share a small DI helper we extracted from our production Hono services at Circulo.

Why we built it:

• We had multiple singleton clients (Redis/DB/SDKs) we wanted to reuse across requests.
• We also needed some things per request (transactions, request IDs, loggers).
• We wanted no decorators/reflect-metadata, just explicit factories.
• And deterministic cleanup for scoped resources.

Usage is basically: register services once → middleware creates a scope per request → resolve from context.

If anyone’s been hand-rolling service registries or module singletons, this might save some wiring. Happy to answer questions / take feedback.
