Tag Sloth with release numbers

It would be nice if Sloth was tagged with release numbers. That allows us, the consumers, to use GitHub's releases button to download .zip files. It also lets us know when you've made any major changes that we should be aware of.

Maybe consider using semver for the release numbers?
