Status Code: -1 -null

I have created and deployed the voice builder. But whenever i'm trying to Create a voice
It displays Status Code: -1 -null in response.
Please help me with resolving the issue.

Can you check the server log? or the response from the server in the network console

Hey thanks for following up..
The following error has occurred when I tried creating voice for bengali language from my gcp bucket.

Creating voice :

And when i tried creating voice for default(Sinhala provided in given steps by this document) the following error occurs :

Any help would be appreciated.

In GCP can you ssh into the ui VM instance,
then do a docker ps, find the name of the docker container running the UI,
the do docker attach <name>, then try to create a voice again and check the log in the ssh,
