Save Media Beyond Thumbnail in SingleFile

Is it possible for SingleFile to save mp4/webm or images beyond just the thumbnail?

Try to disable the option Network > blocked resources > videos in the options page of SingleFile.

Thank you, I can save embedded videos now. But what about full-size images like in the linked example?

It's not possible to save linked medias with SingleFile.
