Bug: Discard & create new browser doesn't open a new browser right away

How To Reproduce?

1. Open a website
2. Close while loading
3. Go to create new robot
4. Select Discard active browser option

What Happens?

This is reproducible sometimes. The current recording is terminated and the user is redirected back to /robots.
