Note seems to not be bound to a site?

Tried this out today and it would have been great if it was actually a dedicated note for each specific site. Now the same note is  visible no matter what site I'm viewing/selecting.
To me, a better way would be to dedicate each site with its own notes so that only notes for that specific site is viewed. This tends to get very messy quickly having all notes visible at all times.
