  2. add partial submodule support to gitweb 

    When submodules point to other repositories on the same server (with
"../"), add links to the proper gitweb project.  For other submodules,
links remain broken as they were before.

  3. gitweb: add gitslave support with "shortlogs" action 

    Enabling gitslave support will display a new "shortlogs" action that is
equivalent to shortlog, but merges the history of all available slaves
repositories.  Other gitslave-aware actions like "logs", "trees",
"rsss", "atoms" (maybe with better names) could be added in the future.
