No confirmation mail, unresponsive when trying to establish contact through website

this looked like just the service I was searching, so I payed through the website two days ago. The money has been withdrawn, but I have neither received a payment confirmation mail from stripe, nor any account information. I have also contacted you through the contact form on your website but have not received any reply.

Please reply to my e-mail, refund my money and cancel any subscription.
