Implement sub-comment scraping

Note, only the main comments will be extracted, not any of the replies that may be under the comment.

I may as well be the person to request that feature. :)

As I understand, this may be annoying since the data for replies may only become available once the reply link is clicked and the AJAX data is returned for each of those links.
