Issues with uploading files over 25mb

I used NUTS_Level_1_January_2018_Full_Clipped_Boundaries_in_the_United_Kingdom.shp in my final report but Github is limiting me to 25mb files to upload and as the file is ~40mb uncompressed and 32mb compressed I am unable to upload it to my final report repository.

Any help with this would be great,

I have been able to upload a compressed shape map file to my private repository.
