Fix zodiac sign symbol positioning for wrap-around segments
When a zodiac segment crosses 0° (e.g., Aries from 356° to 20°), the center calculation was incorrect: (356 + 20) / 2 = 188° instead of the correct ~8°. This caused the sign symbol to appear 180° off from its correct position. Fixed by detecting wrap-around (end < start) and adding 360 to end before averaging, then normalizing the result.
