Fixing Duplicate Resources Folders

Right now on the client we have a Resources/ folder and a resources/ folder. If I recall correctly, the Resources/ folder should be ditched in favor of the latter. I don't have time right this minute to do so, but removing this extra folder and making sure that doing so doesn't break the loading screen is definitely on the To-Do-Before-Deploy list.

I don't think it will break anything because it has the same contents as the other one, although i agree we should get rid of the Resources folder
