[Bug]: Backup succeeded locally but S3 upload failed

Database backup for coolify-db (db:coolify) with frequency of 0 1 * * * succeeded locally but failed to upload to S3.

S3 Error: Unable to find image 'ghcr.io/coollabsio/coolify-helper:1.0.12' locally docker: Error response from daemon: toomanyrequests: retry-after: 1.125276ms, allowed: 44000/minute

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure an S3 storage in Coolify.
2. Enable database backups for coolify-db and set schedule to daily.
3. Let the scheduled backup run (or trigger a manual backup if available).
