How to configure which user / email address notifications are sent to?

This might be a silly question, but I didn't seem to find any information in the official docs about how to select / configure which user notification emails are sent to.

My Scenario:
I've set up an initial user A when I installed coolify on my server. Afterwards, I added another user B which I've since used to set up projects. When a deployment fails, it seems an email is send to user A but not to B.
Is there a way to change the user who receives notification email or to add B to the list of users who should receive those emails?
I'm using the "system wide (transactional) email settings" for notifications and I've configured those via resend. Resend logs the Emails sent to A which makes me believe that those configurations seems to be all right.
