[UX] Port configuration must be saved before enabling "Make it publicly available"

Current Behavior

When configuring a database port mapping:

1. User enters port (e.g., 5432)
2. User immediately checks "Make it publicly available"
3. Error: "Port not available"

The port must be saved first before toggling the public availability.

Expected Behavior

Port should auto-save when:

• Field loses focus (onBlur), or
• "Make it publicly available" is toggled, or
• Show a warning message prompting user to save first

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create new PostgreSQL database
2. Go to Port Mapping section
3. Enter port 5432
4. Immediately check "Make it publicly available" WITHOUT clicking Save
5. Observe error

Suggested Fix

Auto-save port configuration on blur or before toggling public availability.

• Database type: PostgreSQL (affects all databases)
