Help with mounting a new volume

Hi all!

I made a hindsight 20:20 mistake, I have a server (on Hetzner if that's relevant) that I provisioned some time ago, and I didn't really think things through, so now I'm running out of storage, I have dozens of apps on it, and I'm not sure how I should proceed, as I can't lose any of my data, but I also can't mount a new volume on /data while there's still data there, does anyone have any experience with similar situations and how to safely deal with this? I assume just mv /data /root/data mv /root/data /data isn't exactly an option, or advised, especially since there's container info there, databases, etc
