I meet the same problem. My device is android phone, the os version of it is 6.0.1 MMB29M. My friend's phone is iphone, the os of it is ios 10.0.3. And we are locate at Beijing, China. When we scan the QR code, the app can get the contact name. When click the add contact button, there was no feedback.
