  1. fixes issue #36 

    This fix uses a support file to pass to include-what-you-use.exe. Long
argument lists happen to not be supported.

  3. adds _UNICODE to defines: 

    - adds GetConfigurationTool function
- adds _UNICODE to GetCompilerSetting_PreprocessorDefinitions. This is
currently hardcoded since the commented out code does not work.
