mstat cannot create new cgroups inside Docker containers #2
Description
When I am trying to run mstat in a docker container whose image is built from the dockerfile in the repo, I am getting errors like this.
2019/09/10 13:46:18 cgroups.New: mkdir /sys/fs/cgroup/systemd/mstat-7cab2a344e7ed13c: read-only file system
I tried changing the permission of cgroup dir but it is not allowed even though by default I am running as root.
I am running docker-ce Docker version 19.03.2, build 6a30dfc on a host Ubuntu 18.04.
Could you advise what the issue might be? Thanks a bunch!
